1. ### Find a program

   Use the [program catalog](https://bbradar.io/) or target-aware search and select a result.
2. ### Confirm Pro access

   Stay signed in with the Pro account. Free users see aggregate target counts, while Pro users receive the active identities.
3. ### Scroll to Program Targets

   The section appears below the program summary and shows the last update time plus the number of visible targets.
4. ### Check the upstream policy

   Use **Scope source** on a target when available. The platform policy remains authoritative if anything differs.

Paused programs

A paused program can retain previously published target rows for reference. Its page identifies the paused state and disables current bounty eligibility; these rows do not establish current permission to test.

1. ### Choose an eligibility view

   Select **All targets**, **Eligible for bounty**, or **No bounty**.
2. ### Search the identities

   Use **Search targets** to narrow the current program by hostname, package, repository, contract, or other identifier text.
3. ### Choose a target-type tab

   Use All or a type tab such as Domain, URL, Source Code, Mobile, IP Range, or Smart Contract. The count on each tab reflects the current filters.
4. ### Inspect a target card

   Review New, bounty eligibility, scope, wildcard, type, score, label, dupe risk, dates, and the source link when those fields are available.

Important

Always follow the authoritative platform policy if a bbradar identity and the upstream program page disagree.

The Target Intelligence panel shows a score out of 100, its label, a factor breakdown, a dupe-risk badge and reason, and a plain-language Why This Target explanation.

| Target label | Score | Use |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Elite Target | 85–100 | Review the strongest combined target signals first. |
| Strong Target | 70–84 | Prioritize a target with several favorable signals. |
| Potential Target | 50–69 | Keep it in a broader research shortlist. |
| Normal | 0–49 | Treat it as standard scope and inspect manually. |

Dupe risk runs from Low to High, where higher is worse. Unknown means there is not enough public information for a reliable estimate. A fresh or unusual asset can still be heavily researched, so use the displayed reason rather than the color alone.

Important

A high score is not permission to test. Confirm the target is active, in scope, and allowed by the upstream program rules before interacting with it.

1. ### Set the intended filters

   Choose the eligibility view, target-type tab, and search term before exporting.
2. ### Review the selection label and count

   The export panel describes the filtered targets that will be included.
3. ### Copy or download

   Select **Copy targets** for the clipboard or download the text file for the current selection.
4. ### Recheck authorization

   Treat the export as a working list only. It does not replace the upstream policy or grant permission to test.

## [Prefill a target alert](https://bbradar.io/docs/pro/program-targets.md#prefill-alert)

1. ### Select Create target alert

   Use the action beside Program Targets. bbradar opens Notification Rules with Target changes enabled and the program added to the draft.
2. ### Review the prepared draft

   Confirm the match mode, target-change types, Telegram delivery, program include, and any opportunity or dupe-risk filters.
3. ### Save the prepared rule

   Select **Save prepared rule** in the preparation banner or **Save Rules** in the Current rule panel.
4. ### Confirm the save

   Do not leave until the page shows the saved confirmation. Opening the prefilled page alone changes nothing.
