Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how billing works for bbradar Pro subscriptions. By purchasing a plan, you agree to this policy and the Terms of Service.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in EUR and renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

No refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time, except where required by law.

EU/EEA withdrawal rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. By starting a Pro subscription, you request immediate access to Pro features and understand this may affect withdrawal rights where applicable. Once access begins, your right of withdrawal may be lost or reduced for that billing period as permitted by law. Where a refund is required by law, we will process it.

Trials and promotions

We do not offer free trials or promotional pricing at this time.

Payment failures

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. Access to Pro features can be paused until payment is successful.

Taxes and fees

Prices are listed in EUR. VAT or other taxes may apply based on your location and are handled by Stripe where applicable.

Chargebacks and abuse

Chargebacks or suspected fraud may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to Pro features.
